How to get there

Good for:

  • All ages

With plenty of space to run around, climb and play, plus open areas nearby to spread out or kick a ball around, it’s an easy spot for families to spend a few hours.

It’s the kind of spot where kids can bounce between the playground, beach and open space, while parents grab a coffee from Hamodava Coffee just around the corner.

LOCAL TIP:

Hamodava Coffee is a little hole-in-the-wall coffee spot located right inside the Petone Playscape. Grab a coffee, bring a picnic and settle in while the kids explore. With the entire playscape fully enclosed, it's an easy spot for families with children of all ages to relax, play and enjoy a few hours outdoors.
