Entrants source, harvest, prepare and enter the competition, and judges decide the winner. Effort and ingredients are just as important as taste and presentation. The 2018 Grand Prize winning dish was a wild coriander Dukkah with homemade wild yeast plaited loaves, served on handmade ceramic plates and dishes.
