Small Batch

Small Batch is their flagship cafe in the heart of Petone. Originally a simple espresso bar, Small Batch has now developed to be a cafe with a full menu based on seasonal, healthy food and offers gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, as well as classic free range bacon and eggs. With the incorporation of a retail store, production kitchen, roasting and event facility, Small Batch is the cafe with it all.

Mo Town

Motown cafe serves up Ripe Coffees Pito-One blend, and a seasonal range of wholesome cabinet food, sweet treats and healthy smoothies. With a toast menu available and a range of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, Mo Town is able to cater for a wide range of customers in the heart of Moera.

Origin

Origin cafe on Jackson Street was originally called Go-Bang Espresso, and was operated by Jason and Cate from 2000 - 2014 as a popular community cafe. This is where Ripe Coffee Roasters was established and now continues with a new look and a seasonal and healthy menu, alongside sweet treats and delicious cabinet food.

Microlot

Named after specialty coffee, Microlot on Boulcott Street is a small, quirky coffee bar serving our first house blend, Settler; alongside daily batch brew of our single origins. Alongside this, Microlot has retail equipment such as Keep Cups and Aeropresses; whilst Ripe beans are also available for purchase and can be ground to your requirements. With a selection of scones, pinwheels, cinnamon, gluten free and vegan sweet treats, Microlot has is full of goodies!

Hauora

Hauora is situated on the ground floor of the Ministry of Health building on Molesworth Street - the cafe is open to the public as well as ministry employees. At Hauora,  the rich and full-bodied Settler blend is served as well as the single origin of the month; alongside a customer favourite, batch brew coffee. Hauora focuses on healthy cabinet food and and additionally offers a small toast menu, dairy free smoothies and daily baking. Here Ripe follows the NZ Healthy Food Guidelines in food preparation, and have a strong focus on gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.

Ripe have a high emphasis on quality in everything they do. This extends to the quality of green bean selection, the roasting of the coffee in small batches through to quality in the cup. Ripe are lucky to have a team of passionate people working in their company who follow this philosophy. Through this journey, they have focused on sustainability and continue to gain coffee knowledge through education and innovation.
