MaD Bootcamps incorporate high intensity training with both body weight exercises and minimal equipment to help you get in shape fast!

Classes will run every Tuesday/Thursday (January 16-February 22) from 6-7pm at Petone Wharf – Rain or Shine!

Sun, Surf and Sweat Bootcamp (powered by MaD Strength and Conditioning):
– 6 weeks, 12 total sessions
– Measurements and baseline testing
