Quad Bike Expeditions

Join an exhilarating guided off-road expedition over one of New Zealand’s most rugged coastal environments or relax in one of our spectacularly located holiday homes, just 45 minutes from central Wellington.

Covering 20 kilometres of coastline and over 100 kilometres of tracks, this range of expeditions will take you from sea level up to 900 metres, where the views are spectacular. Sometimes the mountaintop trails are shrouded in mist, giving you a sense of riding among the clouds.

Lush native bush, windswept alpine environment, year-round seal colony and magnificent views will make your expedition truly unforgettable.

Expeditions range from one hour to two days. With expert instruction, you will be confidently riding the latest four-wheel quad bikes in no time. There is also a guide-driven 4WD for those who want to participate but not ride their own quad.

Nigel Thomas, your guide, has spent nearly his whole life in this wonderful environment and looks forward to sharing it with you.

Choose from one of four expeditions or sit back and enjoy the scenery with a guide-driven 4WD tour.
