Weltec students will design and build the Krazy Karts and race them against other teams. There will be kids races as well as the ‘Grundy 500’.
The course will have chicanes, a roundabout, bumps and other racing challenges. Look out for the Krazy Karts which will be displayed in various Lower Hutt CBD shops prior to the event.
Margaret Street between Queens Drive and Dudley Street and High Street from Waterloo Road to Laings Road will be closed for this event.
