Annette and Lex would like to invite you to stay and enjoy a restored character villa. 

Enjoy breakfast on the covered rear deck in the morning sun, or relax over a wind down wine at the end of a busy day.

Queen room: queen and single beds, sleeps 2 or 3, own TV and comfy chairs

Double room: double bed, sleeps 2

Facilities:
Guests share separate toilet and main bathroom with another toilet, bath and shower on endless hot water supply. 
Bathrobes provided for guest use. 
Continental breakfast included, other meals by arrangement with your hosts. 
Centrally heated for winter comfort.

10 minute flat walk to Waterloo Station, 3 minutes to bus stop to central Lower Hutt/Queensgate and Hutt Hospital.
