The i-SITE Visitor Centre team will process your booking request and will require full payment by credit card to secure the booking. We accept both Visa and MasterCard. On confirmation we will prepare a prepaid voucher for your accommodation. This can be emailed, posted or faxed to you.

The i-SITE Visitor Centre only acts as an agent for the service provider for which the voucher is issued, and is not responsible for personal loss or damage suffered by clients arising out of the contract for which this voucher is issued, or the failure of the services to operate as scheduled. The contract between the client and the provider of the services for which this voucher is issued, shall constitute the sole contract for the services for which this voucher is issued. The provider’s conditions shall supersede these conditions in any case of conflict.
